Welcome

We are an international architecture practice with studios in Germany, California, and Brazil. For more than two decades, our work has spanned different scales and contexts, with a particular focus on cultural projects, spaces for art, and selected residential and public buildings.  

We understand architecture as a cultural practice, developed through a close engagement with space, material, construction, society, and place. Alongside our practice, we teach and lecture internationally and engage in research and artistic collaborations, sharing and expanding the ideas and experience developed through our work. We pursue projects that invite thoughtful, conceptually clear, and carefully made architectural responses.
